As we know, women’s health research is decades behind men’s…and that’s just in first world countries. The University of Pittsburgh—a leader in women’s and children’s healthcare and research—is the first I know of to launch a formal initiative to leverage AI to get all countries up to speed more quickly. With luck, we’ll skip generations of lost opportunity with initiatives like this.
